Great book. Crappy scanning job converting it to ebook format. Since the title appears on every page in the original, it is also frequently inserted into the text along with page numbers and garbage characters. I think I paid about $2 for this so it wasn't a huge waste.Other than that, Hubbard is fantastic! This is the voice of the wise old man from the good old days telling us that much of what we think is wrong with society today was just as bad fifty years ago. Things like: it's hard to find somebody who will actually do a good job, but great when you find them. Like, the people who will nickle and dime you to death over the price of a job you do for them are the ones who could best afford to be generous.
Thirteen short essays, perfect for bathroom reading or waiting for the bus.

This was a fantastic buy. It is a must read for everybody in this world that is progressively losing it's ethics and morals.
This book has a message that I think is timeless, and that message is about responsibility - taking responsibility for our own actions and our own well-being. Should be required reading in American schools at an early age.
